Essentially a liferent is the option to rent a property…for life. Rather than renting a property for a fixed term i.e. six months, with a liferent you have the right to occupy the property, for life. Ultimate ownership of the property belongs to another party, but the liferenter retains all other rights.

If you choose to accept our offer our team will offer an effective, confidential and swift transaction. Cleared funds are transferred to your solicitor on the day of settlement, and you’ll be provided with your liferent. You continue to live in your home with no interruption.

We will take all relevant factors into account and offer you a price that we feel is realistic for your property.
